Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations | |
Return Policy | If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, you will have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return the item(s) to us. We recommend booking the return service within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure it arrives safely back in our hands before the 14-day return window expires. Returns or exchanges due to product defects will be accepted only within 14 days of receiving the product. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs. Cancellation, Exchange and Return
Cancellation
All products are made to order, We do not normally accept cancellations or exchanges after an order has been completed.
If you have already received a confirmation email, we are generally unable to cancel or change the order but you will still be able to return it. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
Exchange
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges after an order has been completed.
Exchanges are accepted only if the delivered product is different from your order or defective.
Please note that we may have to issue a refund instead of an exchange if the product is out of stock.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the product you do not wish to keep. (if eligible).
Return
You could return the Products purchased in this official site within 14 days after your receipt of the products.
Returned products must conform to our returns policy below.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them). Products with the following conditions are not eligible for exchange or return:
- The product is damaged or scratched by the customer.
- The product has been used or washed.
- The bag, tags, or accessories included with the product are missing.
- The product was purchased from other stores.
If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including the conditions of return), we may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the product(s) up to the full price of the product(s).
Returns Process
We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. Instructions for the return of the product(s) will be included with the delivery package. When cancelling a purchase and returning products to us you are subject to our Returns Policy.
Return packages must be sent with a trackable insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the return transit. If returning an item from outside of Japan the package must be marked 'RETURNED GOODS'. We are not responsible for any return customs charges incurred.
Print out the Air Waybill (AWB) and attach it to the outside of the parcel. There will also be a copy to give to the courier. Please save a copy of the AWB for your records. You can use this to track your return shipment.
If you have been provided with a returns invoice for customs, please enclose one inside the package and attach a signed copy on the outside with the AWB.
Please note that you have 30 days to contact us upon the pickup of your return to ensure that we have acknowledged it and received the Product. If you contact us after this 30 days period, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Once your return has been received and deemed eligible for a refund, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Your refund will be issued through our secure 3rd party payment provider back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to show in your account due to varying card processing times.
Defective Products
Our liability related to the damages or defect in the product is limited to the return of the Products set forth in Return except for the case due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Pre-Order Policy
We offer customers the opportunity to pre-order select products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with pre-ordering items from our store.
PRODUCT
Please note that production quantity is limited and the product may run out of stock before the order deadline.
The product in the photo is a pre-sale sample, so the specifications, dimensions of the product upon arrival may change slightly. The specifications will be changed to improve the quality of the product. There will be no major design changes.
In the event of production discontinuation due to circumstances, we will contact you and refund your money as soon as possible. Please note that if the product is found to be defective before shipping, the order may be cancelled.
Payment Terms
Full Up Front payment is required when placing the pre-order.
Delivery and Shipment
Expected Fulfillment Date: The expected fulfillment date is provided on the product page within the information section and the link is also displayed in your cart, and at checkout. While we strive to meet this timeline, unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, we will notify customers promptly via email.
Split Shipping: Where an order includes both available and pre-ordered products, the available products will be delivered first. Once you have received your pre-order product, our standard return policy shall apply.
Cancellation and Refunds
All products are made to order. We do not normally accept cancellations or returns after reservations have been made.
If you contact us within a few minutes of placing an order and prior to receiving a confirmation email, we may be able to cancel it. If so, no money will be debited from your account. However, if you have already received a confirmation email, we are generally unable to cancel or change the order.
After Shipment: Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Returns
Eligibility: Pre-order items are eligible for return under our standard return policy. Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
Compliance with EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
For customers within the European Union, we comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988, effective from 13 December 2024. This includes providing detailed product safety information and ensuring that all products placed on the market are safe under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use.

SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped from Japan
We ship worldwide via DHL and EMS WORLDWIDE service.
*Pre-order items will be shipped on the stated delivery date.
*There are some cases where orders may be delayed due to factors out of our control.
The shipping fee will be calculated with size, weight, and the destination country, and will be shown before your checkout.
Shipping information changes can only be accepted for orders placed prior to shipment processing. Once the shipping process has started, we will not be able to accept changes.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.
If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable export laws.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses.
Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
Disclaimer for Theft, Loss, and Damage
- At Our Store, if a customer designates a delivery method such as "leave at door" (unattended delivery) with the respective delivery company, the obligation to deliver the product is considered fulfilled once the item has been placed at the specified location. In the event that the item is subsequently lost, stolen or damaged by a third party, or if it suffers damage due to weather conditions (e.g., wind or rain), extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or other environmental factors resulting in alteration or deterioration, our company assumes no responsibility.
- We are also not liable for any damages incurred by the customer as a result of a parcel bearing the sender's name, address, or phone number being delivered via unattended delivery.
- Furthermore, our company bears no responsibility for any damage resulting from the nature or condition of the unattended delivery location.
- In addition, we will not be held liable for any damage incurred by the customer through unattended delivery that is not attributable to our company.
Customs & Taxes
The total payment amount does NOT include customs and taxes.
All orders outside Japan may be subject to customs and taxes in your country. Please complete the payment when you are contacted by the shipper. If you have any questions about customs and taxes, please contact your local customs service. We are unable to provide this information. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that the customer refuses to pay customs duties or import taxes, or refuses to accept the product, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to issue a refund. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Risk and Ownership
The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery or collection (as the case may be). Ownership of the Product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery or collection (as the case may be), provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.
In certain circumstances our delivery partner may provide you with optional services when delivering your order, such as: (a) signature release: opting out of the requirement to provide a signature on delivery; (b) leave with neighbour, reception or security: re-directing the delivery to a neighbour, reception or security; (c) reschedule a new delivery date: selecting a delivery date that best suits you; and/or (d) re-directing to a collection point: collecting your order from a collection point nearby. By selecting any of these services, including through any default preferences you may have selected with our delivery partner separately, you acknowledge and agree that ICHIRO SUZUKI & CO, and subcontractors shall bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivering your order in that way. If your delivery address is in the US, this includes where our delivery partner leaves your package outside because you were not in.
